Research Interests:
I am studying pesticide resistance in populations of the Colorado potato beetle in Wisconsin. My project focuses on the time-course of gene expression changes in resistant beetles, in order to better understand the primary mechanisms of neonicotinoid resistance. I have also been involved in projects concerning the population genetics of soybean aphid in the Midwest.
