Students in the Molecular Ecology lab will find the opportunity to explore both theoretical and applied research problems. Our goal is to develop expertise in genetics, ecology and evolutionary biology, and to apply that knowledge to solve biological problems creatively. Throughout your research experience, you will be encouraged to work both independently and collaboratively, to develop a diverse skill set, and to use modern genomic approaches in your projects.
If you are interested in joining the lab, I encourage you to contact me. Here is an overview of how mentee-mentor relationships work in the lab.
