Research Interests:

I am interested in the branching relationships between species and the use of taxonomy to better understand the connectivity of all creatures. I look forward to broadening my experience by learning new lab techniques and pursuing new questions. I think lab research is a lot like field work- no stone is too small to be overturned!

Personal Interests:

I serve on the board for both the Undergraduate Entomology Society and the Multiracial Student Union. I’ve had aquariums since I was a child and love caring for African cichlids! I also am an avid reader of comic books.
