Research Interests:

I am interested in the biogeography and evolutionary biology of various species, particularly the systematics of vertebrates and invertebrates. Moreover, I’m especially passionate about studying organisms in ecosystems that have been affected by climate change and other anthropogenic effects. In this lab, I’m excited to learn new morphological and genetic techniques for classifying and differentiating some very fascinating organisms, while also exploring topics of landscape ecology.

Personal Interests:

I love animals, reading, drawing, and going to museums. In my free time, I volunteer at my local aquarium, where I get to care for a wide breadth of amazing creatures. Some of my favorites are Susie the cownose stingray and our wood turtles, Salt and Peppa.
